Heather has cleaned the teeth of hundreds of dogs and has worked with dogs professionally since January 1988, she has seen most conceivable behavior and says she should have a technique to counter any dog's response by now. That's not to say that Heather can clean every pets mouth. Heather then insists that you watch her inspect your pet's mouth before she begins so she can tell you what she sees. Bacteria released during cleaning could cause serious medical problems in susceptible dogs unless they're on antibiotics which can only be prescribed by a licensed Veterinarian. Heather insists on a verbal health screening for existing heath problems, especially heart disease. After inspection Heather will decide if your pet is a good candidate for non-sedation teeth cleaning or if your pet requires more extensive examination by your Veterinarian.
