CR Dance Xtreme Inc. is a dance school that promotes confidence, technique, discipline, and knowledge of dance at an elite level. CR fitness is an adult only fitness gym (ages 19 and up) that features state of the art equipment, locker with key provided, towel service, relaxation room and sauna. We have an 8 week program as well as a full year program for recreational and competitive students for ages 3 to adult. Ballet, Boys only Hip Hop, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Tap, Point and musical theatre.
